Question: Can I send an image and get it 3D Printed?
Answer: We need designs in 3D CAD formats. STL & STEP are the most preferred formats for 3D Printing, however, if you do have other formats from CAD Software like Catia, Solidworks, 3DS Max etc, our engineers will be able to help you convert them to STL or STEP to get them 3D Printed.
Question: What if I don’t have a 3D CAD file?
Answer: Its okay! You can upload any sketches, refence images related to your project. Our team will quote you for 3D Modeling & 3D Printing service combined.

Question: My project/designs are unique and I do not want you to share it with anyone, so are my file safe & Do you sign *NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)?
Answer: We do not share your files with anyone in most cases. If your work is confidential, we can sign an *NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). Most of our large clients operate after an NDA has been signed.
Question: What’s the difference between different 3D Printing technologies mentioned?
Answer:
- FDM (Filament Type) is the most common 3D Printing technology globally. It’s Affordable & Fast. Works great for prototyping. Most of our customers prefer getting their projects done in FDM.
- SLA (Liquid Resin Type) is Good for intricate parts with details & Good surface finish – precision health-care, dental, jewelry, tiny electronic enclosures.
- SLS/MJF (Plastic Powder Type) is Industry Grade Additive Manufacturing services for high quality & complex designs in industry grade nylon & other plastics. Expensive & Longer Lead Times.
- SLM/DMLS (Metal Powder Type) is Industry Grade Additive Manufacturing process for making parts in metals like Aluminum, Titanium, 316L Stainless Steel & Others. Most Expensive & Much Longer Lead Time
Question: What’s the delivery mode?
